  full names, date of birth and relation with you.

  names, date of birth, relation with you and their
  passport number.
• List of family, friends or contacts in Australia
  including Full names and date of birth and
  contact details in Australia.

  Citizen or permanent residents. If they are
  neither Australian citizen nor permanent
  resident, please mention their visa status and
  reason for their stay in Australia with passport
  number.
• Your Bank Statement showing at least previous 3
  months salary payment. Make sure the bank
  balance is at least RM6000, otherwise you will be
  suspected to work in Australia under Australia
  ETA Malaysia.
• If you are service holder, submit your Employer
  Statement which also refers as letter of
  introduction form your employer including your
  annual salary and approved leave for the trip. It
  will prove your employment in Malaysia and your
  intention to return to Malaysia
• If you and/or your sponsor are self-employed,
  submit the Business Registration Documents and
  Business Financial records. Recent bank statement
  of your business account and tax statement can be
  your business financial records.

  ongoing Education or other Commitments in
  Malaysia.
• If you are not employed and being supported by
  any sponsor, please provide other evidence of the
  sponsor including evidence of your relation with
  sponsor.

  multiple emails for single application, as this
  may delay your application.

• Things to remember during appealing for Rejected
  Australia ETA Malaysia
• Your email must not exceed 5MB, otherwise it will
  be rejected by Australia ETA Malaysia email
  server.
• Ensure separate email for each application
• Dont forget to mention the passport number in
  the subject line of the email

  documents and information may be decided on the
  basis of available documents.

I have appealed for my Rejected Australia ETA
Visa application, What Next?

• Once you submitted all required documents and
  information mentioned above-
• You will receive an auto generated
  acknowledgement form Australia ETA Authority
  Malaysia, if they receive you email.
• The review team of Australia ETA Authority in
  Malaysia will send you another email once they
  make decision on your appeal application for your
  rejected Australia ETA Malaysia.

  team will advise you of the reasons in the
  decision letter. If you want you may lodge a new
