HALOGEN DOWNLIGHTS VS. LED DOWNLIGHTS
Energy Consumption
The cost of running a bulb is calculated by the
number of watts it consumes to run it
continuously for an hour. LED bulbs consume 7-20
watts per hour, whereas Halogen bulbs may use
from 35-200 watts per hour for emitting the same
amount of light.

LONGEVITY
Halogen lights have a lifespan of about 1000-2000
hours whereas LED lights last up to 50,000 hours.
