  owner of the property with a brief on our company
  and also understand the property that is referred
  to us, after thoroughly understanding the
  project, the kind of work to be done for the
  project, the challenges and requirements along
  with the budget.
• We perform our own prima facie research and then
  proceed for site visit. Post site visit,
  depending whether it is an open land or any
  existing structure we go to our next step. If it
  is a land then we ask for contour surveys, for an
  existing structure we ask for layout/plan. As per
  sanctioned budget and requirement of the project
  we give different options and suggestions in the
  design. Along with design options provided and
