LaTesha Watson has worked in law enforcement
for over two decades. She began her career in
the industry way back in 1994 when she was
recruited by the Hutchins Police Department in
Texas.

LaTesha Watson has two decades of experience
working as a Police Technical Advisor and
Consultant. She has done this on both a national
and international level, and for the Police
Foundations as well as the U.S. Department of
Justice.

Well-Educated Woman
LaTesha Watson is an extremely well-educated
woman who earned a Bachelor of Science in
criminal justice in 2000, a Master of Science in
criminology in 2003 from the University of North
Texas, and a Ph.D. in management and
organizational leadership.

LaTesha Watson has used her PhD to mentor
future leaders and promote positive leadership
qualities. A mother of two, LaTesha Watson
balances her busy career with an equally busy
home life.
