Preschool or popularly known as play school is
basically an educational organization for
infants, administrated and operated by any public
or private body. Concept of such school started
in 1779, when Johann Friedrich Oberlin and Louise
Scheppler started a set up in Starssbourg to take
care of children whose parents used to be busy
for earning or were unable take care of their
children through a day for any unavoidable
reason. In certain countries this preschool
system is yet not nurtured well by government
except some southern districts.
