  • Depression is a mental disorder/neurological
    disorder. It will therefore mainly attack your
    mind. Your state of mind is caught in a negative
    spiral. Your joy of living decreases and you feel
    Sadness, Depressed. 
  • This is why most people identify depression as a
    continuously depressed mood. 

One experience of this fact hardly or not at all
