and valid identity and address proofs.

in the society. So that the property should exist
and the trust should be intended to serve the

9Due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, the new
entities are expected to get the registration by
October 1, 2020. It is the relaxation announced
by the government during these hard times. The
income is exempt under the section 10 (23 C)
section 11 or the purpose of 80G of income tax
making the registration valid for five years.
This made effective on June 1 2020. It is now
pushed back to October1, 2020
10The CBDT (Central Board of Direct taxes), said
that it has the concern of the new procedure.

it says that power which is being given to the
Commissioner of Income tax with effective in June
1 2020 to cancel the trust registration, if the
activities of the trust is not in accordance to
the objective of the trust this cancellation can
be done.
