Singapore is a tiny country, which is
comparatively much smaller than many cities.

one of the top counties around the world.
Singapore is filled with foreign tourists as the
city-state offers so many tourist attractions.
But, tourism is not the only aspect that attracts
people to Singapore. Undoubtedly, Singapore is
one of the best places on earth to conduct your
business. With, easy government regulations, a
lot of people around the world are thinking about
being a permanent resident of Singapore. As one
of the global leaders of business, definitely the
best in Asia, who wouldnt want to be a citizen
of this fine nation?   But, to become a permanent
resident, you must go through medical checkups.
There are a few other rules though, which must be
maintained,

  • If you are the spouse of a Singapore citizen, you
are eligible to apply to become a permanent
    resident.
  • Aged parent of a Singapore citizen will also be
    eligible.
  • If you have an employment pass.
  • If you want to invest in Singapore.
  •
  • The PR applicants have to pass in all the medical
checkups. Now, you can find a PR medical checkup
    clinic anywhere in Singapore.

These medical checkups will include,   Registratio
n   Before getting a medical checkup, you have to
make a registration. First, you have to submit
your passport with the In-principle approval form
and your past medical form. After making the
payment, the applicant will be asked to wait
until the registration process completes.   After
completing the registration process, the clinic
staff will return your passport with the
In-principle approval form. Then the process of
the medical checkup will begin by talking about
the applicants measurements.   Measurements   Her
e, the nurse will examine the applicants
necessary medical requirements. After that,
either the doctor or the nurse under the
supervision of the doctor will run the medical
tests. The sign of the applicant will be taken on
the PR application form after conducting the
tests. If the applicant is a female and pregnant,
the X-ray examination will be conducted after the
delivery. The doctor will always be there to make
sure every checkup is going fine top avoid any
flawed results.
5
X-ray test   This process is predictable, isnt
it? Yes, you have to go through the X-ray test
clinic conducted by the professional radiologist.
Whether you are a male or female applicant, you
will have different changing rooms. As usual,
taking an X-ray image is a matter of a few
minutes and after that, you be directed to the
blood station, which is also the last test of the
process.   Blood test   In the final stage, the
applicant has to go through a blood test, which
is an HIV test. This will be like going for a
normal HIV screening process where blood will be
taken from your body. If you have weak blood
flow, it might take a bit longer than
usual. After everything is done, the applicant
will be given a date to collect his/her test
results. If everything is fine, then
congratulation, you are now closer to become a
Singaporean.

you have to send all of them for the work permit
medical checkup  within 2 weeks of their arrival.

form for foreign workers. If the worker is fit
from tuberculosis, HIV, syphilis, and malaria,
they can stay and work, otherwise they will be
