task and that too a strenuous one. Only when you
have good employees working for you, you can be
in sync with your goals.   Recruitment Marketing
strategies combine both Employer Branding and
tested marketing techniques to help you hire the
right people for your organisation.

But what recruitment marketing strategies will
help you achieve your objective?   Planning a
good content strategy Creating good engaging
content in the form of webinars, brochures,
flyers, videos, podcasts to create brand
awareness amongst the potential employees is
extremely important. You need to let the
potential employees know why working in your
industry is a benefit, how they can enhance their
careers in that particular field, what skills to
improve on to enter that field, with a punch
about your organisation. Using search engine
optimisation (SEO) friendly content that helps
you know about the frequently used keywords, so
that they can be used in your articles to attract
more potential employees. Another method that
can be used is the pay per click (PPC) strategy,
where in you can have your SEO friendly content
available as advertisement when certain keywords
are searched for.

Having a referral program in place When an
organisation has a good referral program in
place, the lengthy process of hiring an employee
is cut short. The current employees with their
contacts, help the company find the right
potential employees with the required experience
and qualifications. Nobody better than your
employees will understand the culture and needs
of your organisation, helping you find the right
fit. You should prepare a simple and a good
rewarding referral program so that the employees
dont have to fill in lengthy forms and are well
rewarded for their efforts. Techniques such as
providing a bonus and sending resumes to the HR
should be on the cards.

process becomes easier and precise. This saves
you the extra time and money you would have
otherwise invested in searching for correct
candidates. You should know whether the

or you will be required to hire special

order to chalk out your costs.
