Residency Visa
Criteria for Residency Visa

• The employers in the UAE can act as your sponsor
  if they have a valid residence visa.
• Sponsor should have minimum salary of 4000 AED or
  3000 AED plus accommodation/month.
• If they want to sponsor their parents then there
  is a minimum of AED 20,000 is needed.

NOTE

• Employee can sponsor their family, other
  dependents, and even domestics workers.
• The family visa in the UAE had the validity of
  1,2,3 years.
• The visa should be renewed at least 30 days
  before expiry.
• If the sponsored visa expired/canceled, then the
  family visa is also not valid.

Employment Visa

• If you want to work in the UAE, An employment
  visa and a work permit are mandatory.
• The employment visa should require approval from
  the Ministry of labor and it is issued from the
  Ministry of residency and foreign affairs.
• The work Residency permit is issued by the GDRFA
  from the corresponding emirates where you got a
  job.

• If your company has a PRO, they will do the visa
  processing, taking approval from government
  authorities, helping to get the labor contract,
  and also help to finish the medical, stamping,
  and Emirates ID.

• Any foreigner over the age of 18 can work in the
  UAE.
• No maximum age limit for foreigners for doing a
  job in UAE, but for people over the age of 65
  needs to pay more money for the employment visa.

Investor Visa / Partner Visa

• Investor visa for foreign nationals who own a
  company or hold a share in an existing company or
  entrepreneurs who want to set up a business in
  UAE.
• The investor visa is valid for 3 years.
• These visa holders can work in UAE as well as
  they can sponsor their family also.

Mission Visa

• Mission Visa is a type of legal permit issued for
  foreigners who want to come to the UAE to work
  for a short period.
• Mission Visa for Employees who work for a short
  period for a company.
• This mission visa has a validity of 90 days and a
  single entry basis.

• A Mission visa can be applied only if the
  employee is outside the country.
• 90 days(3 months) single entry visa and the
  person should exit the country as soon as it
  expires.

Housemaid/Nanny Visa

• Maid visa is a legal visa that allows bringing an
  individual to UAE as domestic labor.
• If you're married and earning a minimum of 6000
  AED per month, you can be a sponsor of a maid or
  nanny.
• You can bring a maid or nanny to the UAE for
  taking care of your aged parents or for your
  kids.

Main procedures for the Maid/Nanny Visa are
Apply for the Residency Visa, Medical Fitness
Test, Residence Stamp, Emirates ID, and Worker
Card.
