Eligibility Education

• For Indian Participants Graduates (1023) or
  Diploma Holders (only 1023) from a recognized
  university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government)
  in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years of
  work experience in finance as on 1 January 2021.
• For International Participants Graduation or
  equivalent degree from any recognized University
  or Institution in their respective country with a
  minimum of 4 years of work experience in finance
  as on 1 January 2021.

Certification
On payment of the full course fee and upon
satisfying the requisite attendance and
evaluation/certification criteria of the
Executive Development Program in Advanced
Financial Management, participants will be
awarded a certificate of completion issued by
XLRI.

Pedagogy
The pedagogy will comprise lectures, case
discussions, and analytical exercises imparted by
XLRIs experienced Finance faculty. Selected
industry experts will also take guest lectures to
provide practical insights to complex financial
problems faced by organizations. Concepts will be
