Finance In Right Equipment
  • You could take this as a pro tip because It is
very important to have the right equipment while
baking. I can tell you this because it will not
only make your work lot easier but also ensure
that you are doing it well. There will be no
sense of leaving behind any steps and ultimately
    you will see the result-
  • Go to Equipment- Measuring cups and spoons,
Silicone spatulas, Pastry brush, Whisk, Baking
Pan, Wire rack, pastry knife, mixer, parchment
paper, blender, spreader, rolling pin, baking
    sheet.

3
Prepare ingredients list before you start
  • You need to prepare the ingredients out to your
counter before you start your recipe.
  • Having every items on your table will make the
    whole process much more efficient.
  • It will also help your ingredients to reach a
    particular room temperature.

4
Know The Right Measurement
  • Another important thing to note down would be
    learning the proper measurement.
  • Knowing proper ratios and techniques will make
    your baking excellent.
  • Using the measurement cup especially with flour,
baking powder and sugar will help you to have a
    right consistency
  • For liquid ingredients go for clear liquid
    measuring cups

5
Precisely Follow the Recepie
  • The most prominent thing you should remember is
to always follow the given recipe. If it is
mention in the recipe to pre heat your oven to
160 degree Celsius than just go it.
  • Follow every step just like it is mentioned in
    the recipe.

6
Must Check- Room Temperature
  • Checking the room temperature is very crucial
because some recipe ask you to maintain a certain
room temperature according to it. Most important
example is butter, when kept in perfect room
temperature it delivers the best result.

7
Use A Ice Cream Scooper
  • Baking cookies is not easy, so make sure your
cookie dough is cold and firm and for best result
use an ice cream scooper to put it into the
    baking tray.
  • Benefit of an ice cream scooper is that it makes
sure that all the cookies are blossoming into one
    size.

8
Preheat the oven
  • It is necessary to always pre heat the oven
before you start put the recipe in.
  • The reason behind doing so is that if you do not
preheat the oven your cake will be baking at low
temperature till the time your over is heating
up. This will eventually spoil your recipe as the
result will not turn out as good as you did
    expect in the beginning.

9
Go For Toothpick Test
  • This is to be done to help you know if your cake
    is done or not.
  • You can take a toothpick or a knife into the
middle of your cake when you think it is time for
you to check. If the knife or the toothpick comes
out clean, you cake is done cooking. If mot than
    give a little more time.
  • If it is cooked leave it for 5-10 minutes to
    cool.

10
Baking Takes Time- So Be Patient

time, some recipes may require multiple days in
order to complete. So you have to be patient in
