• There is no refund provided for the international
  flight tickets cancellation in Turkish airlines.
  Once the booking is done, there will no refund.
• In case, if less than one hour is left for the
  departure, the passenger cannot cancel the ticket
  as there will no available option for cancelling
  the ticket.
• If the ticket is cancelled with 1 to 12 hours of
  departure, 40 fee is incurred for the
  cancellations and the amount which is refunded
  will exclude the ticketing fee which was a part
  of booking.
