Need to know the Forms of Abuse to Protect
yourself A study has found that roughly
two-thirds of individuals go through some sort
of abuse daily. However, this is not the shocking
part astonishingly startling is that their
family members or loved ones are harming these
victims.
Most often, the victims of such a form of abuse
are children and spouses. However,
discriminatory abuse, abuse of power is some of
the factors that are independent of relations.
In this piece, we will share the different
variations of abuse so that you can take
appropriate actions with ease.

What Are The Types Of Abuse? Lack of awareness
plays a pivotal role in a victim's life. Knowing
what is considered abuse and what is not will
generate a sense of difference in your life. It
will help one be alert to them, but it will help
them take action accordingly.
  • Physical abuse
  • Physical abuse is a form of abuse that follows
    intentional bodily injuries. Some of the abuse
    includes pinching, choking, kicking, shoving,
    slapping, or using physical restraints to deter

    have to look for bruising, marks, and hesitancy
    to show skin.

    out of another individual.

    under strain or not. Some signs are agitation,
    non-responsiveness, nervousness, and lack of
