  • Stomach cramps
  • Nausea
  • Bloating and gas
  • Acne (for some)
  • Reduced hunger / appetite
  • Taking in too many additives (depending on the
    product)
  • Lactose intolerant people need to be careful
    while taking whey protein as it is made from
    milk. Some products contain soy, and those
    allergic to it should not have it. Other than
    this, it is always best to take a product that
    contains less chemicals and fillers.
