ABOUT UNIVERSITY
Situated in tgalpur Rajanakunte, Yelahanka,
Bengaluru, Karnataka, Presidency university was
established in the year 2013. In no time, the
University has strived to become one of the top
universities of the state as the NAAC recredited
it with an A. Presidency University provides
courses in various streams such as Engineering,
Commerce, Management, Law, Design, Science,
Computer Application, and more. The University
stands out due to its faculty, who are around 100
of them permanent who help the students in all
walks of their life. Moreover, most of them are
graduated from NLUs and other elite
institutions. The faculties also hold excellent
knowledge when it comes to the practical aspects
of teaching. Presidency University has been
providing 64 courses across nine streams. It is a
privately run institution. More than 20
recruiters visit every year to place the
students. It has a very good record of placements
and some of the leading brands of India such as
TCS, Mindtree, TVS, Puma, Byjus, etc. As a
result, the salary package ranges from 3LPA to
8LPA.

HISTORY
Presidency University was established in the year
2013 by Nissar Ahmed. Nissar Ahmed was an
educationist, entrepreneur, CO-Founder Chairman
of Presidency Group of Institutions (The PGI
Group), and Founder Chancellor of Presidency
University, Bangalore. Above all , main agenda
behind the establishment of the institution is to
impart knowledge to all the students.
Consequently, The University has been able to
portray the talents in each student joining their
institution. Additionally, The campus has
maintained an excellent infrastructure throughout
the years in its sixty acres of land. The
University has a record of hosting some important
events such as Meraki, which all the students of
Bangalore look forward to participating. The
students that are alumni of the institution have
been able to create and endeavor an environment
that makes it possible for them to use their
skills in the best possible manner.

INFRASTRUCTURE

• The University has one of the best
  infrastructures in the whole state.
• Smart classrooms with projectors,
  air-conditioned, and spacious classrooms are
  their main USPs.
• The University also provides a library which is
  really helpful for the students to complete their
  thesis, research, or project works. They also
  offer a digital library too.
• The University has provided hostel facilities for
  both girls and boys along with mess facilities.
  They provide wi-fi connection, TV, indoor game
  facilities and so on for the students.
• The students have medical facilities so that they
  are able to assist the students when at times,
  they need medical emergencies.
• Wi-fi is something that is available everywhere
  around the campus.
• The University has a canteen which serves fresh
  and basic food which has the capacity of more
  than 300 students at a time.
