want to switch your coffee variety, try green
coffee. It is unroasted whole coffee bean and is
very unique in various ways from the traditional
coffee. It has the least amount of caffeine. Its
a warm and delicious beverage to sip in the
morning and offers a lot of nutrients. You can
also have it as a pre-workout / or before any
activity that needs stimulation. It has that
amazing earthy taste and feels like you are
eating boiled peas.

How to Prepare-
There are various ways to prepare green coffee.
The most frequent way of preparation is listed as
follows-
? You can either use the fine green coffee powder
readily available or you can powder it, using a
strong high powder blender. ? These coffee beans
are as strong as pebbles, since there is no
release of oils from them, so grinding them on
your own can be a tough task. ? You can either
use the green bean coffee as a whole, or else you
can add a little water, for smooth grinding. ? If
you are pouring water while grinding, make sure
you rinse the grinder and pour it into a soft
pan. ? Boil it and let it simmer off for 5
minutes ? If using whole coffee beans without
water in the blender, boil them for a little
longer. ? Pour in your coffee cup, sip it and
