If you have kids at home you would agree that one
of the major struggles parents face is the
immunity issue for their kids. They are often
worried about how to strengthen childrens
immunity, especially during the winter
months. It is important to introduce different
foods to your kids regular diet that can boost
their immunity. As the temperature begins to
fall sleeping in cozy comforters and wearing
several layers and warm jackets would not be
enough for your Preschool going kids to be
healthy. You need to think of including winter
super foods in your childrens regular diet to
keep them warm and healthy.

Here you can consider introducing these widely
available foods in their diet
Jaggery Jaggery adds an exotic aroma to every
sweet dish and is used as a great remedy for
cough, cold, or lung infection. Jaggery is widely
available and you can use jaggery in cooking
instead of sugar as it is healthier than sugar
and keep your kids warm during the chilly winter
season. So, make sure whatever dish you are
preparing, just replace the sugar with jaggery.

Soups Everybody would agree that nothing works
better than a warm bowl of soup on a chilly
winter day. Soups are one of the great ways to
keep your toddlers warm and boost their immunity.
You can add spinach, celery, broccoli, mushrooms,
beans, beetroot, or lentils, and the
nonvegetarian options like chicken or mutton
stick to their soups.  NutsNuts are one of the
best foods to keep your kids warm and healthy. In
fact, nuts are helpful in children's proper brain

that are a rich source of Vitamin C. Consumption

childrens immunity which is essential for
treating common flu, cough and cold, etc. Winter

rich source of vitamin A and this is beneficial
for heart health and boosting up childrens
immunity. So, adding this to their regular diet
would also help you to keep those little ones
strong and healthy in the winter.
