• Firstly, load white sheets in the paper tray and
  then tap on the Settings option.
• Thereafter, go to the Tools tab and click on the
  print quality report.
• If you see any defect with the color bars then

  then hit on the tools option.

enabled the image acquisition service.

• First of all, press WindowR to open the run
  dialogue box.
• Now, type service in the run box and press
  enter.
• After this, you need to double-click on the
  Windows image acquisition option.
• If the windows image acquisition is disabled
  then go to the drop-down menu and secret
  automatic.
• Thereafter, click on the start button and
  finally, click on the apply button.
