Preface
Teachers nourish and develop the future germs
of a country, according to an old proverb. That
was especially true when doctors, attorneys, and
business executives, among others, were taught
by their teachers how to succeed in their
fields. As a result, it is acceptable and
unarguable that teachers at the schools in India
should be compensated at least as well as
doctors, lawyers, and business executives.
4
Importance of Teachers
Teachers are just as vital in society as
doctors, lawyers, and business executives. The
teachers are very much responsible for passing
on their valuable and profound information to
their pupils, who will go on to become doctors
who will heal patients diseases, lawyers who
will protect innocent citizens from crimes, and
business leaders who will generate benefits and
nurture a countrys economy.
5
Should they be paid equally ?
Will all these professionals be competent and
hence capable of receiving those big incomes if
their teachers/mentors are not profound and
knowledgeable? In fact, without the assistance
of their venerable teachers, they would struggle
to be successful in their careers. As a result,
instructors should be compensated fairly and in
accordance with their educational
efforts. Second, a large wage serves as an
incentive or strong motivator for teachers to
devote their entire hearts and souls, as well as
their abilities, to instructing children.
Teachers in several countries, particularly in
Vietnam, are paid very little.
6
How will it help them ?
This money merely assists them in meeting the
financial needs of their families, not to
mention a luxurious lifestyle. Furthermore, due
to a lack of funds to invest in their study,
they appear to be unable to advance further in
their careers. Many promising and prominent
teachers wish to see their research projects
flourish, but many are unable to do so due to a
lack of funds. So, teachers in my opinion,
should be paid as much as, if not more than,
doctors, lawyers, and businesses.
7
How will it help them ?
To begin with, teaching pupils with a wealth of
knowledge necessitates thorough preparation,
which is no less important than in any other
situation and then instructors devote far more
time than other professions to monitoring each
students development. Also, teachers must
regularly remind students and monitor their
activity to avoid any negative consequences.
Teachers should also identify and acknowledge
pupils emotional growth and provide them with
more attention and compassion. Finally, a
teachers most important success is to cultivate
a students personality and ideals, which cannot
be purchased with money. Their attitudes toward
the world, love, and life are profoundly
influenced by their ideals, deeds, and
personalities.

Conclusion
By paying teachers well, we can attract more
outstanding students interested in becoming
teachers in the future. There are many kids who
aspire to be teachers in the future but are
unwilling to do so because of a bad and
unappealing outlook. Furthermore, despite their
talent and desire to teach, they are faced with
numerous temptations from other careersdoctors,
engineers, to mention a fewthat can provide
them with large wages and a pleasant working
atmosphere in which to conduct research and
develop their talents. As a result, we can only
promote teachers commitment to their careers
and entice more outstanding students to become
teachers if we compensate them fairly.
