conducting FAT and SAT testing, here is a
checklist that will enlighten you.

  • Visual Appearance
  • There is no evident damage to the machine.
  • Names and settings are assigned to all air
    regulator settings.
  • The settings are not linked to any detachable or
    replaceable components.
  • Air jet positions are engraved on the feeder bowl
    and air lines are labelled with the right
    regulator location.
  • Settings are labelled on all bowls and motor
    controllers.
  • As stipulated in the requirements, all doors open
    in an operator- friendly manner.
  • The height of the base platform is appropriate.
  • It's fine to use machine paint.

  • Safety
  • All safety circuits are designed in such a way
    that if one fails, the machine will not start.
  • When pressed, all e-stops activate, and the
    machine comes to a complete stop.
  • The main power switch is locked.
  • Moving components are completely protected by
    guards.
  • There are no sharp protrusions on the equipment
    that could cause damage.
  • When any of the guard doors open, the machine
    comes to a halt.
  • Lower machine guarding is either permanently
    installed or has safety interlocks.

  • Electrical Project Management Checklist
  • The operation of level sensors is as follows
    (low and high when applicable)
  • Every piece is correctly counted and the counter
    does not over count.
  • If the power goes out, the counter preserves its
    memory.
  • When the machine is turned off and on again, no
    programmes are lost.
  • All cables are labelled with numbers.
  • Hook-ups for dismantling/installation are noted.
  • The electrical enclosure contains a copy of the el
    ectrical designs.

  • Machine
  • It is permissible to use tools.
  • Everything that can be adjusted but isn't
    required should be doweled.
  • The spindle is not stuck.
  • The box diverter is functional and maintains its
    position if power is lost.
  • The performance of the box shifter is
    satisfactory.
  • All machine mechanical designs are suitable.
  • Both the feeder and the machine feed consistently
    and neither outruns the other.
  • Within HMIs, all alerts are correctly triggered
    and displayed.

  • Defective Part Detection
  • Parts that have been rejected are all the same.
  • After three consecutive rejects, the machine
    comes to a halt.
  • The rejection system is impregnable.
  • Sensors are working properly, according to the
    examination of the parts.
  • Vision
  • The supplied camera bracket(s) are suitable.
  • Trigger, reject, and inputs are all coded into
    the PLC.
  • For vision, the machine contains places on the
    terminal strip for wire connections.
