Title: What are the Indian desserts and sweets made with milk?

1
What are the Indian desserts and sweets made with
milk?
2
  • The sweets made from the fresh milk gives the
best flavour to the sweets. Cow Farm In Chennai
provides fresh milk directly from the farm. Here
is the famous rasgulla recipe created with cow
    milk.

3
  • Soft spherical dumplings made from chenna
(Indian cottage cheese) and semolina flour are
cooked in a sugar syrup perfumed with cardamom
and rosewater for a delectable dessert.

4
  • While the origin story of this dessert is widely
debated in some circles, I am familiar with
rasgulla, a popular Bengali milk sweet.

5
  • The chenna is then kneaded with all-purpose flour
or semolina (rava or suji) (maida). The kneaded
chenna is formed into round balls, which are then
    fried in sugar syrup.

6
  • To finish, add a dash of aromatic cardamom or
rosewater to the syrup. The end product is a pot
full of sweet, syrupy cheese dumplings that are
    almost too good to eat.

7
  • 1 litre of whole milk in a bowl and slowly boil
it in low to medium heat. Then, stir the milk at
5mintues intervals. This will help in reducing
the forming on top and the base from scorching.
Dairy Farm In Chennai provides organic milk with
    no added preservatives.

8
  • Allow for the separation of the water-
  • Once the chenna has cooled slightly, tie it in
the muslin cloth, wring out any excess water, and
hang it to dry. If you refrigerate the chhena, it
will get rubbery. This procedure could take 3 to
    4 hours.

9
  • Then boil the rasgullas, and cover the pan and
allow it to simmer. It will make rasgullas swell
up and look beautiful. Only the tastiest
rasgullas can be made with fresh Cow Milk In
Chennai! Enjoy with your loved one.
