When you work in the medical sector, it is an
unfortunate fact that you are not immune to
becoming ill yourself. In fact, illness and

them for two weeks or two months, or even longer.

can be away for a year until he or she is well
enough to return to work. Under those sorts of
circumstances, you really have no other choice

choose to take a holiday whenever they wish. Some
enjoy the work because they get to travel to
different parts of the country, which is fine if
you are single. Whatever their choice, the fact
is that today there are more doctors working as

half of practices reported that they were using
locums more than ever, while about 20 said that
locums were covering more than one quarter of
their shifts. This obviously results in
