  the problem, try undoing the keypad to check
  whether the wires have become damaged in any way.

  be blocking the bolts.
• If none of the above solve the problem, or youre
  not comfortable undoing the keypad, simply call
  out a safe technician and have them assess the
  safe. Its important to do this at the earliest,
  to prevent any valuable items from being exposed
  to theft.
