  • A land surveyor uses this land surveying
    procedure to create maps of a propertys various
    features as well as its legal boundaries. The
    experts can measure the appropriate structures

  • They now need to prepare the property description
    after marking the property line. They should
    include a delineation of the propertys
    topography, corner monuments, a representation of
    recent works inside the survey line that should
    be man-made, the direction and length of each
    line, and the relationship to adjoining official
    surveys, among other things. The land surveyor
    should include details such as the date of the
    survey, the surveyors name, any special
    information about the property, and the plats
    scale.
