a food that does not meat, eggs, dairy products,
and all other animal-derived ingredients. It is a
lifestyle that seeks and excludes the use of
animals for food, clothing, or any other purpose
by humans. Most vegans argue that becoming a
vegan is an ethical commitment or thinking that
concerns animal rights, the environment, human
health, and spiritual or religious concerns as
the case may be.
