    Exercising in sweatshirts only help you lose
    water content and not fat which is a more
    sustainable strategy for weight loss. However
    still, there are benefits to wearing a sweatshirt
    while working out.

  • Many ask this common question Is it a good idea
    to wear a sweatshirt while working out? Good idea
    or not, many people at the gym work in a
    sweatshirt. It stimulates their muscles faster
    and helps them sweat easy. But does it help to
    lose weight?

  • The catch with losing weight is what you might
    mean by it. Does wearing a sweatshirt help you

    their way which can be disappointing but hear us
    out, this is not the end. There are, in fact,
    some benefits to working out in a sweatshirt.
