At that time, business attorneys in NYC were exclusively men, so it was illegal for her to take it. Mansfield had to sue the state to take her exam. A girl named Gabriel Turnquest has become the youngest person to pass through a British bar. In 2013, Turnquest passed the British Bar Exam and became the youngest person to participate in the exam.
