in our body, so it is very necessary that we take
care of the food. What are we eating for our
height growth? So we have listed down some foods
that are essential for our bodys growth at a

release of one hormone, which is secreted by the
pituitary gland in our body to grow height. If we
eat the proper nutrients and a balanced diet, our
height can be increased.
