Lots of our children say that Madfun is the best
birthday party ever. Our happy friendly staff
take your kids into an exciting world of fun,
games and dancing and we organise the timing of
the entire session. Our day is devoted to give
your kids a beautiful, memorable party that they
love. Madfun is a private party venue so only
the people you invite will be there. Parents are
welcome to stay , at no charge, and we provide
free tea and coffee so everyone can relax and
have a chat whilst watching their kids having the
time of their lives. You can also order adults
platters too if you wish. Madfun gives you the
freedom to really enjoy the day. We keep the kids
amused throughout the session. Our friendly,
happy party hostesses organise the entire running
of your party from the moment you walk in the
door. Your kids will play games, learn dances,
win prizes, be taken to their tables to eat and
your personal DJ will play all the songs your
children like at the volume that you
choose. Madfun holds a total of 50 children and
adults even in Covid times. A Madfun Kids
Birthday party is a great opportunity to host a
family party with your children and the adults
too. You can also have a shared party if one of
your friend children is having a birthday around
the same age.

A Fully catered childrens birthday party Your
entry price includes all hot and cold birthday
party food as well as cordial and water
throughout the party. We make sure your children
have plenty to eat and drink so they dont think
about anything except having a great time.  You
just need to choose which menu youd like from
the options below and let us know the week prior
to the party at the latest. Bring your Kids
Birthday Cake when you arrive  You need to bring
your regular or frozen birthday cake to Madfun
when you arrive for the party and then well care
take of everything else. We will store it during
the party, bring it out with sparklers and
candles then , after youve sang Happy Birthday,
well take the cake to the kitchen, cut it up,
plate it and supply the plates and plastic forks
for the kids and the parents.

Birthday DJ will play your kids requests   Madfun
has full disco sound and lighting so your
children can enjoy their favourite music and our
DJ takes requests too. Our full time DJ ensures
that the music style, sound level and videos are
suited to your session too Fun Birthday Party

hostesses guide them through the party. Being
organised insures your kids really enjoy

Your children have plenty of room for  birthday
party games and we have designed Madfun to be kid
friendly so they just focus on enjoying
themselves.

Kids Party Food Starters There at snacks at the
table as soon as your kids enter Madfun. Madfun
is a fully equipped disco party room so we have
found that the kids need a little bit of time to
take it all in and they usually do that by
nibbling on the snacks at their table or by
getting an Arm Design done by our Face Painting
artists (Arm designs are the next best thing to
Face Painting right now because of Covid) We
always use fresh bread baked that morning for the
Fairy Bread and the kids love it. There is
something about Fairy Bread that is timeless.
There is also potato chips and lollies on the
tables too. Your Madfun party is carefully timed
and we stop for hot food around the half way
point of the party to let the kids settle a
little and rest.
Allergy free kids party food If your child
suffers from food allergies we are happy to help.
Let us know at least a week beforehand so
together we can we can work out how best to cater
to your childs needs. Our standard menu is Dairy
Free and Nut free so it covers many allergies. We
cater for Gluten free children too. Still worried
about your child? We understand. You are very
welcome to bring along your own lunch box for
your child.

No Nuts are to be brought into Madfun. This
includes no Macaroons (made from Almond Meal) and
no Nutella  (made from Hazel nuts) incorporated
into the design of your cake.
