WHAT IS ULTEM INJECTION MOLDING?
ULTEM is a semi-transparent thermoplastic
material from Polyetherimide (PEI) family. ULTEM
material is manufactured by SABIC and is one of
the most used plastic materials. ULTEM resins
offer excellent temperature and flame resistance
and produce less smoke, therefore, they are used
in injection molding of products for use in
medical and chemical industries. ULTEM offers
high mechanical strength and excellent
machinability, therefore it is one of our premium

• ULTEM resin molding material used for advanced

• ULTEM has a high glass transition temperature up
  to 423 F, therefore it offers great heat
  resistance.
