Yoga For Prostate Enlargement Shrink Prostate
Enlargement
The prostate is a gland located in front of the
bladder outlet (urethra) below the neck of the
bladder in men. It makes a milky fluid that semen
needs and serves as food for sperm. For this
reason, the prostate gland is an important part
of the male reproductive system. The normal size
of the prostate is 18 to 20 grams. Inflammation
of the prostate is called prostatitis. The
problem of prostatitis can occur at any age but
this problem is common at the age of 50 or
less. Prostatitis often involves damage to the
kidneys or urinary tract. Other symptoms may
include back pain, pelvic pain or genital pain,
or sometimes fever. Prostatitis can be caused by
many different things. However, Yoga can be a
helpful practice for those experiencing prostate
enlargement. Yoga asanas, or asanas, and Kegel
exercises help combat the major symptoms of an
enlarged prostate by strengthening the
reproductive organs, pelvic floor muscles, and
glands. It is important to note that yoga should
not be considered a replacement for medical
treatment, but rather a complementary practice to
support overall health and well- being. Here
are some yoga poses that may be helpful for those
