QUIET AND EFFICIENT RADIAL FAN The quiet and
powerful radial fan draws in cool ambient air
through the cooler. Its high residual thrust can
deal with partial clogging of the cooler and
still have enough reserve to allow connection of
a long exhaust duct. In addition, the radial fan
consumes significantly less drive power than
conventional axial fans, saving even more
energy. ELECTRONIC THERMO MANAGEMENT The
innovative Electronic Thermo Management (ETM)
system dynamically controls fluid temperature to
provide reliable prevention of condensate
accumulation. This enhances energy efficiency,
for example, by enabling heat recovery to be
precisely tailored to meet customer exact
needs. SIGMA CONTROL 2 The SIGMA CONTROL 2
ensures efficient control and system monitoring.
The large display and RFID reader ensure
effective communication and maximum security.
Multiple interfaces provide exceptional
flexibility. The SD card slot makes updates quick
and easy.
ENERGY-SAVING 11 DRIVE The motor and airend are
joined by the coupling and its housing to form a
compact and durable unit that is virtually
maintenance-free. Furthermore, reliability and
service life are increased through elimination
of wear and transmission losses, as 11 drive
reduces the number of components needed in
comparison with gear drive.

bar KAESER Filter products are the key components
for supply compressed air of all purity classes
as per the ISO 8573-1 standard and they achieve
this with extremely low differential pressure.
AIR RECEIVER WITH ACCESSORIES
In fulfilling the storage and buffer functions,
air receivers play a key role within a
compressed air station and provide capacity
during periods of peak demand and are often used
to separate condensate from the compressed air.
It is therefore important for receivers to be
correctly sized for the specific system and to
be resistant against corrosion inspection
intervals should also be as long as
possible. NIC accessory sets are especially
tailored to meet the exact needs of the specific
application. Ensuring maximum convenience, we
include quality components such as ball valves,
pressure relief valves, pressure gauges, drain
taps, gaskets, fittings and associated smaller
components. For added peace-of-mind regarding
compliance with waste water and environmental
regulations, electronic controlled condensate
drains are available as complete sets, including
connection components that are matched to the
specific air receiver.
