Solution Configure the internet explorer
settings
Press Windows and R keys together to open the Run
Window. Type INETCPL. CPL into the Run box. Hit
the Enter key. Select General tab and then Remove
the Temporary Internet Files, and Website
Files Hit on Delete. Choose the LAN settings
under the Connections tab. Opt for detect
settings option and then hit on Ok. Head to the
Advanced tab. Go to Security. Here, ensure that
TLS 1 . 2 is selected and TLS 1 . 0 and TLS 1 .
1 are disabled by selecting the security checkbox.
