SCC Arbitration Rules
The cost of the SCC Arbitration Rules has only
slightly increased despite multiple amendments
since they were initially created in 1976. The
SCC Mediation Rules received additional material
modifications that had not been made since 2014.

General SCC Rules
The headquarters of the SCC are in Stockholm,
Sweden. There are no regional offices for it.
According to Articles 6 and 8, a case begins with
the submission of a request to the SCC Institute.

SCC- Well-Known Institute in Sweden for
Arbitration
The SCC offers administrative support for the
arbitration of disputes, similar to other
arbitral organisations. Conflicts are settled by
arbitrators chosen in accordance with the SCC's
Arbitration Rules, not by the SCC itself.

The 2017 Rules also have an Appendix describing
special procedures for investor-State disputes,
