NEW MACBOOK AIR WITH M2 CHIP
The MacBook Air is getting a major redesign with
a new all-aluminum unibody enclosure, a larger
13.6-inch Liquid Retina display with thinner
bezels, and a MagSafe charging port.

NEW M2 CHIP

• The M2 chip is Apple's second-generation in-
  house chip, and it's built on a 5nm process. It
  features an 8-core CPU with four performance
  cores and four efficiency cores, as well as a 10-
  core GPU. The M2 chip also supports up to 24GB of
  unified memory.

NEW SOFTWARE UPDATES

• Apple announced a number of new software updates
  at WWDC, including iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS
  Ventura, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16.
• These updates include new features for Messages,
  Mail, Safari, and other apps.

NEW HARDWARE

• In addition to the new MacBook Air, Apple also
  announced a new Studio Display, a 27-inch 5K
  Retina display with a built-in 12MP Ultra Wide
  camera and a six-speaker sound system.

Apple also announced a number of new subscription
services, including Fitness, which offers a
library of workout videos, and iCloud, which
adds new features to iCloud, such as private
relay and hide my email.

• Apple also teased a new AR/VR headset, which is
  expected to be released in 2023. The headset will
  reportedly feature a high- resolution display,
  eye tracking, and hand tracking.

NEW MIXED REALITY OPERATING SYSTEM
Apple also announced a new mixed reality
operating system, called RealityOS. RealityOS
will power the company's upcoming AR/VR headset.

• Apple also announced a number of new developer
  tools, including SwiftUI 3, which makes it easier
  to build user interfaces for iOS, iPadOS, macOS,
  watchOS, and tvOS.
