trial services. The business is among the top
five research firms globally, with over 10,000
workers in 50 countries. It is one of the most
well-known drug development organizations, with
clinical trials assisting in creating the biggest
proportion of best- selling medications.

OUR SOLUTION
We recommended a mixed learning approach that
combined the best of classroom training sessions
with online resources for onboarding. As a
result, ILT training materials, eLearning in
Articulate Storyline, and facilitator and
participant guides were all part of the project.
T h e R e s u l t
The onboarding team was forced to go through the
material as fast as possible without up-to-date
content. As a result, they were missing several
key facts. As the onboarding team completed the
course, they continued to find incorrect
information and inconsistencies. By the end of
the first week, they had produced the majority of
the training content for both the ILT and the
content for the standard course. The team had a
very tight timeline, and they struggled to ensure
