Womens Heritage Sustainable Building Skills
Project Come and try your hand at heritage and
sustainable building skills such as dry stone
walling, lime plastering rendering AND work on
a womens ECO BUILD project in Northumberland! T
his is a FREE project. Session 1 North
Northumberland, 21st 23rd Sept 2007 21st -
Take part in taster training and a seminar on
women on construction and manual trades. 22d-23rd
- Assist in a Walter Segal timber-frame build
working with architect, Mary Kelly. Session
2 Peak District, 6th - 8th October 2007 Dry
Stone Walling, Lime Plaster Renders training,
to include participation in the Heritage and
Building Skills Fair at Wirksworth THERE ARE
ONLY TEN PLACES AVAILABLE which are restricted to
women who live or work in the LEADER area of the
