• 99 Humanitarian Assistance exercises conducted by
  U.S. Southern Command in 2004
• 30 Engineering projects built 4 clinics, 1 trauma
  center, 1 community center, 6 wells, 7 latrines,
  1 retaining wall.
• 69 Medical readiness exercises treated 291,000
  patients, 530,000 animals and conducted 1408
  surgeries.
