Human Resources Services Practice Our services
aim at strengthening our clients capability to
attract, identify, develop and retain the talents
their organization needs to achieve business
short term goals and make long term strategy
sustainable. We deliver the best practices in
management of key employees induction
on-boarding, motivation retention, assessment
selection, development, mobility management and
succession planning. We also help to
professionalize the Human Resources function,
from the design of the HR strategy to its
implementation. The current global crisis raises
new challenges which generally require new
competencies among the top management team
members (e.g. inspire and lead change, ability to
set objectives and motivate people in time of
uncertainty, participative management,
restructuring, performance management ). In this
new context, the Human Resources Management can
be a great performance leverage to liberate and
refocus the energy of the best performers on new
priorities, thus generating additional
performance. We also believe that the human
operational risk is greater and remains a major
competitive and performance factor today more
than ever. The risk to lose key employees is
always increasing in the times of heavy
restructuring. The best performers are usually
the first ones who take initiative to leave
because of greater selfconfidence and awareness
of their market value. In the worst case, such
departure can immediately damage the company and
weaken its ability to operate normally.
Consequently, once the crisis is over, the
investment needed to attract, induce and train
new talents might simply overcome the savings
generated by downsizing programs if the company
does not initiate appropriate preventive actions.
