  the hypotheses you propose.

  validity of the model will be tested.
• If an opportunity exists, use a control group and
  demonstrate the effects of the intervention as
  rigorously as possible.

• Discuss the rationale behind the nature, timing
  and dosing of interventions.
• If providing a definition of value, address cost
  and resource utilization as well as quality.
