something to alleviate hunger by adopting a
lifestyle and consumption compatible with the
safeguarding of creation and the criteria of
justice.

My family ate one meal a day. Sometimes we went
without food when we had no money and nothing to
cook. (Teopista)

  • earn an income
  • collect rainwater
  • build energy saving stoves
  • build toilets
  • learn about nutrition and hygiene

Teopistas family now eat three meals a day, and
the children go to school.
