Yale Law School is located in the Sterling Law
Buildings, which occupy a city block at the heart
of the Yale University campus in downtown New
Haven, Connecticut. The building was designed by
the prominent American architect James Gamble
Rogers (1867-1947).

Yale Law School
In 1995, Yale Law School began a multi-million
dollar comprehensive renovation project to
upgrade the library, classrooms, offices,
dormitories, and public spaces. The renovation
project was completed in early 2001 with the
re-opening of the YLS Dining Hall.
