  way of arranging debt from various sources

The Leader and his Team -The business is
lead by Shri J R Laddha, the founder of the
business. He also leads a very active social
life and spends quality time in various social
affairs. He leads some of the most prestigious
Social services trusts in India which has
significant influence on community work. It is
a professionally managed and family owned
business supported by two sons on the financial
services. The two sons under the overall
leadership of Mr. J R Laddha now fairly
independently manage the business. Mr. Arun
Laddha manages the Eastern India as a Head of
Eastern Region.Mr. Manoj Laddha manages the
Western India and Northern India jointly. The
J R Laddha Financials currently has a staff
strength of 20 core employees. Several of them
are professionals ( CAs, MBAs, CFAs, Cost
Accountants). The team is further supported by
associates.

  with Corporate Experience of over 20 years is
  supported by a strong team. Heads the over all
  Business of the Company.
• Mr. Manoj Garg, Vice President Management
  Graduate with 16 years of work experience in
  Finance, Banking   AMC Industry.
• Mr. K N Murli, Vice President An ex banker with
  over 35 years experience in credit with PSU bank
• Mr. Kiran Ved, Regional Head - West A Chartered
  Accountant with diversified Experience of over 12
  years. Heads the Mutual Fund business at Western
  region.
• Mr. Abhishek Sonthalia, Regional Head East
  Heads the Mutual Fund business at the Eastern
  region with experience of over 5 years.
• Mr.R.Kumar, Head-Money Market Post Graduate from
  Mumbai University having over 18years experience
  on Corporate Treasury.
• Mr.Rajiv Dhandhania Senior Manager Sales, is a
  graduate from Mumbai University with wide
  experience in Mutual Fund Distribution.
• Mr.Siddharth Goenka - Research Analyst Research
  Analyst expertise for client centric wealth
  management advisory offering integrated product
  and service portfolios.

• We are one the leading financial solution
  provider to the Indian Corporates. On behalf of
  the Corporates we syndicate long term loans from
  banks and financial institutions at the best
  possible terms.
• We give them the solution where all the financial
  needs of the company are fulfilled.
• For the year ended 2009 we had syndicated loans
  amounting to Rs. 900cr (200m).

Insurance Broking The group is now
developed interest in this new sunrise industry.
Riding on the longstanding trust and
relationship the group has made a beginning with
having corporate arrangement with couple of new
private sector insurance companies for the
distribution and marketing of their products to
the corporate world. With its initial success
the group has now acquired the Insurance Broking
license.

• We entered the Mutual Funds distribution business
  Seven years ago when the Private Sector Mutual
  Funds became active in India.
• Riding on our strength of relationships with the
  corporate world and high net worth individuals we
  have now become one of the top players in the
  business of mobilizing funds for Mutual Funds.
• We are managing ASSET UNDER MANAGEMENT (AUM)
  amounting to over Rs. 1300cr (270m).
• Of this Equity AUM amounts to Rs400cr(83m).
