• UNDP is one of the worlds largest sources of
  technical assistance for climate change,
  particularly through its Global Environmental
  Facility (GEF) programme.

• We have the experience from our global
  environment portfolio of 1,000 medium large
  projects and over 6,000 small-scale projects.

  projects, off grid and on grid renewable
  projects, etc.) can be replicated as carbon
  finance projects.

• UNDP is supporting a number of capacity
  development initiatives for JI/CDM throughout the

  developed with UNDP support.

  projects), followed by a gradual build-up
