Purpose of the Implementation Phase

• Ensure close collaboration between college and
  service center staff.
• Each implementation team is co-chaired by a
  Service Center director and a College leader
• Develop specific implementation action plans
• Gain experience in collaborative planning
• Develop internal capacity for facilitation and
  strategic planning
