- NOMs to be collected from current and future CSAP
programs. - In general, NOMs must be collected at State,
community, and program levels. - SPF-SIG Cohorts 1 2 are only required to
collect State- and community-level NOMs - The goal is to integrate NOMs data collection
into ongoing SPF-SIG cross-site evaluation
process

- If States use prepopulated NOMs, they will
report State-level data for 3 NOMs - Subrecipients are required to report
community-level NOMs - Reported through Cross-Site Evaluation data

data collection instruments - Data entry required starting in FFY2006 to be
reported as available - State- and community-level data to be reported
annually

identify which NOMs to report.

would not have to report School Attendance and
Enrollment.

- Community subrecipients can apply to states to
substitute NOMs measures. - Subrecipients will be able to apply to their
States to make substitutions.
