ISCE 4.2 Features

• Incorporated updates in Sections I and II of the
  software to support SIPRNET.
• Installation Tables have been updated to carry an
  ACF entry for "state - general" and
  "nation-general"
• The software window size has been expanded to
  take advantage of the monitor's highest
  resolution in order to display more information
  on the screen. Expanded the number of line items
  in the Expand View and Reduced View to take
  advantage of the large screen size.
• Added a new Close icon (folder) to the program
  so that users can close an estimate without using
  the File option to do so.
• Header Tab has been revised to allow the user to
  override the value with a value earlier than the
  current year. This was greatly needed by
  USAISEC.
• Primary, Supporting and Remarks notes have been
  updated.
