Member Access can be found on the RI home page,
www.rotary.org.

Member Access Functions
  • Using Member Access, Rotarians can
  • Contribute to The Rotary Foundation.
  • View your personal contributions to The Rotary
    Foundation.
  • Manage e-mail subscriptions.
  • Register for meetings.
  • Visit the RI Club Administration Software
    (RI-CAS) and RI District Administration Software
    (RI-DAS) Support Forum.
  • Download RI-CAS and RI-DAS software.

Registration
  • To register for Member Access you will need the
    following
  • Your districts number (5870)
  • Your clubs number (see your Club Secretary)
  • Your membership ID number
  • Subscribers to The Rotarian can find their member
    ID on the magazine cover the member ID is the
    first six to eight digits directly above the name
    on the address label.
  • A valid e-mail address

Sign-in for returning users.
Sign-in for new users.

Sign-in Screen New Users
Enter your district, club, and membership ID
numbers.

Username and Password
  • Once you have registered your identification
    numbers, Member Access will prompt you to
    designate your e-mail address as your username. A
    password will then be e-mailed to you.
  • When returning to Member Access, sign in with
    your username (e-mail address) and the password
    you received. You may change your password and
    username in Member Access.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • The frequently asked questions button is
    available on each page for quick answers to your
    questions.

Main Screen
  • All Member Access navigation options are
    displayed in the green highlighted box on the
    left-hand side of the screen.

Rotary Foundation Contributions
  • Rotarians can contribute online to The Rotary
    Foundation using a credit card.

View Your Contribution History
  • Rotarians can view the history of their
    contributions to The Rotary Foundation, including
    Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor status.

Manage E-mail Subscriptions
  • Rotarians can choose the categories of e-mail
    correspondence they would like to receive. This
    screen also shows the e-mail address to which
    subscriptions are sent and the option to update
    it.

Register for Meetings
Select the meeting you wish to register for and
follow the prompts to complete your registration.

RI-CAS and RI-DAS Support
Rotarians can post messages to the support forum
to answer or ask questions about RI-CAS and
RI-DAS.

Download Software
Rotarians can download RI-CAS and RI-DAS software
after completing a licensing agreement.

Add members to your club.
Download a list of club members to your computer.
View club data (meeting details and incoming
officers).
View terminated members.
View or update individual records.

  • The view function shows the name and contact
    information for each member. You can also view
  • Committee participation
  • Offices held
  • Membership details

  • The edit function allows you to change
  • Contact information
  • Member information

Add Members
  • When adding a new member to your club, search for
    that member first to avoid duplicates. You can
    search using the membership ID number or name.

  • When terminating a member from your club, use the
    drop down boxes to indicate
  • Reason
  • Date

  • You can view your clubs semiannual report and
    pay club dues using a credit card.

    allows you to
  • View current committees and task forces.
  • View the RI Board of Directors and The Rotary

    you to enter the names of incoming club officers.

  • A Club Recognition Summary (CRS) report shows
    contributions to The Rotary Foundation for all
    club members and other donors. The district
    governor also has access to this report.

View Monthly Contribution Reports
  • A Monthly Contribution Report (MCR) shows Rotary
    Foundation contribution information for all clubs
    in your district. The district governor also has
    access to this report.

View club charter dates, current membership data,
including active or terminated club statuses, for
all clubs in your district.
This information will help you identify smaller
clubs in need of additional support from the
district or locations where new clubs could be
organized.

This summary indicates which clubs need to submit
their semi-annual report (SAR) to RI.
Identify clubs with declining membership and
provide extra support to rebuild their membership
base. Use this summary to help club
presidents-elect draft membership goals for their
year.
