PREMISES
  • Conflict is something that simply exists, just
like any natural and inescapable phenomenon like
the rain or the wind. It is inevitable.
  • Conflict in itself is neither good nor bad.
  • There is no way to avoid or eliminate conflict.
  • Conflict can be used to improve a situation, a
    relationship or an environment.
  • Conflict can cause social changes that may lead
to the establishment of more just, practical and
realistic models to solve problems and maintain
    the balance of power.
